Пожалуйста, помогите перевести абзац из контракта:

Any insurance shall be endorsed to provide that the underwriters waive their rights of subrogation against XXX and Client to the extent that Supplier has granted an indemnity under this Agreement. All insurance shall name XXX and Client as an additional insured to the extent that Supplier has granted an indemnity under this Agreement.
