Заказчик оплачивает обучение и медицинское обследование Авторизованного исполнителя исходя из количества рабочего времени, потраченного на обучение и медицинское обследование, умноженного на часовую ставку в размере ------- согласно расчету, указанному в счете-фактуре.

The Customer pays for the training and the medical examination of the Authorised Executer on the basis of the quantity of labour time, spent for the training and the medical examination multiplied by the hourly rate in the amount of _------ according to the calculation, specified at the invoice.

да нормально, я бы сказал:
1. IN the (tax) invoice,
2. ...according to the (amount of) work time spent on... (work time встречал именно в таком контексте)

Customer shall pay for ... based on the time [или number of working hours] spent on such training and medical examination multiplied by the hourly rate of .... according to the calculation shown on the invoice.
