Подскажите, пожалуйста, как в нижеследующем контексте перевести словосочетание Legal Bar?
Речь идет о соглашении между компанией и адвокатской которой, которая будет защищать интересы компании в суде:

Any settlement payment from B & G Oilfield shall be paid into this firm's trust account as authorized by the Legal Bar, and after deductions for legal services and out-of-pocket expenses, the remainder shall be wired to the bank authorized by the Company within ten days after the receipt of the money by this firm.
