ну все по словарю, по-моему. Depress supporting slab to receive insulation - понизить уровень плиты, чтобы влезла изоляция. Slope, соответственно, наклон.

Design structural floor slab depressions and slopes to accommodate public space stone flooring - В конструкции несущих плит перекрытий предусмотреть соотв. углы наклона и [углубления], чтобы обеспечить возможность монтажа напольного покрытия stone flooring для public spaces (типа плитка)
