Пожалуйста, помогите перевести Апостиль.Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:

Настоящим компания ------., главный офис которой расположен но адресу ------, в лице ее генерального директора -------, действующего а соответствии с уставом организации, полномочия, с правом передоверия третьим лицам, или целей предоставления любой опрашиваемой документации, заключения соглашений и выполнений других необходимых действий, связанных с получением саншарноопндечиологических заключений, свидетельств о государственной регистрации и сертификата соответствия ГОСТ Г на продукцию торговой марки -------.

Мой вариант:

We hereby to inform that Puko company , which main office is located to the address -------------, in the person of Mr.-----,General Director, acting according to the Charter, with delegable power to third parties, or the purposes of granting of any inquiering documentation, the conclusion of agreements and carrying out other necessary actions connected with the reception of sanitary and epidemiological inspection reports, certificates on the state registration and the certificate of conformity of GOST R on trading mark production of Puko Inks.

и что такое "опрашиваемая документация"?
и при чем тут апостиль? текст апостиля неизменен и установлен гаагской конвенцией

с правом передоверия with the right of substitution , но с таким текстом это вряд ли вам поможет

сорри я неправильно написала, одна компания дает право другой компании:
