Помогите, пожалуйста с переводом фразы. Кажется, в переводе что-то лишнее...

Решила:

1. На основании заявления о выходе участника из Общества считать вышедшим из состава участников Общества.

To rate the member withdrawal as the members of the Company on the basis of a statement from a company member declaring its withdrawal from the members of the Company.

CESSATION OF MEMBERSHIP.
(1) A person shall disassociate from and cease to be a member of a limited liability company upon the occurrence of one (1) or more of the following events:
(a) Subject to the provisions of subsection (3) of this section, the member withdraws by voluntary act from the limited liability company;
(b) The member ceases to be a member of the limited liability company as provided in KRS 275.265;
(c) The member is removed as a member:
1. In accordance with a written operating agreement;
2. Unless otherwise provided in a written operating agreement, when the member assigns all of the member's interest in the limited liability company, upon receipt of the written consent of a majority-in-interest of the members who have not assigned their interest; or
3. Upon resignation as a member;
