подскажите, плиз, надо ли писать подобные адреса на транслите?

In general, I advise use the alphabet and language that the postal service in the receiving country uses but use both alphabets for the receiving country's name so that the postal service where it is mailed have a general idea in which direction to send it.

For example, if you're sending a letter from Thailand to Iran it's best that the address be in Persian but one should write "Iran" in Thai so that the Thai postal service knows to which country to send it.

I must admit however that I've sent mail to a Tehran post office box and wrote it in English since I don't know Persian
