Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести более менее приемлемо. Название образовательного учреждения в следующем контексте: Договор между....и The Governors of the University of Alberta through the University of Alberta School of Business.Большое спасибо

ИМХО Ректорат (руководство) Университета провинции Альберта через факультет бизнеса Университета провинции Альберта...

А как Вы думаете, можно в договоре написать "через"? Или, может, есть какой-то другой эквивалент?

Я не вижу текста. Может там имеется в виду "в лице", или "представленное", или еще чего...

Это просто шапка договора. Договор между Центром образования и The Governors of the University of Alberta through the University of Alberta School of Business (в дальнейшем UASOB)Edmonton, Canada.И всё.Точка. А потом сам договор.

The Board of Governors is a corporation with the name "The Governors of the University of Alberta". It consists of a Chairman appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, the Chancellor, the President and seventeen other persons appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council. Of the seventeen, two are members of the Alumni Association nominated by the association, one is a member of the Senate nominated by it from those of its members who are not on the University staff, two are members of the academic staff nominated by the General Faculties Council, one is a member of the non-academic staff nominated by the non-academic staff, one is a student nominated by the Graduate Students's Association, two are students nominated by the Students Union Council and eight are appointed as representatives of the "general public".
