Please help translate into Russian.here is the passage consummation of a transfer by The Founders TO TRUSTS IN THEIR RESPECTIVE FAMILY NAMES, provided that a) prior to such a transfer such affiliation is evidenced to the reasonable satisfaction of _______and b) any such transfer shall be subject to the obligation to retransfer such shares upon the affiliation ending for any reason. вроде как бы... учредители переводят /деньги, наверно :)/ каким-то трестам или концернам, под своей собственной фамилией /а не анонимно, например/ по-моему, так :) не надо умирать :) |
