в данном предложении? Бессвинцовый? Без выводов? Или как-нибудь ещё? Речь идет о печатных платах.

PicaPica - в вашей же ссылке и идет объяснение "lead-free" как Pb(т.е. свинец)-free
Получается, что это все-таки бессвинцовый
