Помогите, пожалуйста, с переводом:
контекст:
For “below the line” and out-of-scope digital works (as defined in section 2.5 of Annex 1 attached hereto), a separate SOW and fee shall be negotiated for that work.

мой (кривой) вариант:
Для оказания услуг по «безкомиссионным»(???) и неоговоренным в Соглашении (???)средствам цифровой рекламы (???) (как обозначено в пункте 2.5 Приложения 1) ООП (Описание объемов работ) и комиссионное вознаграждения оговариваются и оформляются в отдельном порядке.

Вот незадача: "BTL" - знаю, а в "Below the line" не рспознала :)

Тлько...почему их в "digital" определили?
Вот что в factsheet пишут:
Digital: Refers to online, interactive communication material: (See Annex 1 in the XXXcontract for definition of digital activities)
• Digital should be handled as a separate SOW / Fee, and does not fall under this contract. The rates for digital should be negotiated locally between XXX and ZZZ. ZZZ rates for Digital are not included in the ZZZ MSA.
• XXX should be considered ZZZ’s preferred digital agency for ZZZ brands assigned to XXX. However, ZZZ has the rights to obtain multiple bids for production / programming expenses.
• Payment shall be in accordance with local business practice.
