Mechanical Warranty: Contractor, except as otherwise hereinafter provided, warrants that new products of its own manufacture will be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal and proper use in service until the expiration of the earlier of eighteen (18) months from the Delivery Date or twelve (12) months from the Commissioning Date/first date the Supply is put into operational use, and only when subjected to operating conditions no more severe than and not inconsistent with those presented in Contractor’s quotation, including any revisions thereto, when order is placed and only when owned by the original Company.

не могу понять суть воторой части "...and only when subjected to operating conditions no more severe than and not inconsistent with those presented in Contractor’s quotation, including any revisions thereto, when order is placed and only when owned by the original Company."

Попытался вникнуть, попытаюсь донести суть -

...и будут находиться только под воздействием эксплуатационных условий не более жесткими и не противоречащими данным, представленным в предложении Исполнителя, в том числе любые изменения к нему, при размещении заказа и только, если они (new products) будут принадлежать компании производителю.

Попытаюсь скоординировать падежи:
