Подскажите, пожалуйста перевод "whereupon the same shall be
cancelled" в контексте:
Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and at any time thereafter while it is
continuing, the Lender may by notice to the Borrower declare that the Facility shall be cancelled, whereupon the same shall be cancelled and the Loan shall be reduced to zero (in respect of every period).
