IP front ends — это оконечные (клиентские) устройства для IP-сетей (сетей на основе протокола IP).
video wall — это видеостена, т.е. система из экранов во всю стену, создающих "эффект присутствия". Т.е. их интеллектуальный декодер позволяет управлять в одной системе разными терминалами и отображать изображение от них в одной видеостене.
