Перевожу Loan Agreement (Кредитное соглашение).
В определениях встречаются следующие слова "Advance", "Facility" и "Loan" со следующим контекстом:

"Advance" means the advance made or to be made by the Lender under clause 3 hereof.
Clause 3: The Borrower may request the making of an Advance by the delivery to the Lender on the proposed date for the making of such Advance of a completed original or facsimile copy of the Notice of Drawdown therefore, signed by the Authorised Signatory of the Borrower.

"Facility" means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described
in Clause 2 (The Facility).
Clause 2: Upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, the Lender grants
to the Borrower a dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount of XXX US Dollars (US$ XXX).

"Loan" means the aggregate principal amount for the time being outstanding under this
Agreement.
