In conclusion, administration of хххх by oral gavage at dosages of 0, 1 (0.5), 3 (1.5), and 10 (5) mg/kg/day (BID, mg/kg/occasion), on days 6 to 17 of gestation inclusively for the 1 and 3 mg/kg dose groups and on days 6 to 10 to 13 for the 10 mg/kg group, resulted in maternal toxicity at 10 mg/kg/day evidenced by excessive mortality between day 6 and 10 of gestation, leading to the early termination of this dose group.
