Вышла небольшая "затыка" с переводом следующего предложения: Where the maintenance fees become due after the commencement of the applicable invoicing period, the maintenance fees will apply, pro-rata until the end of that invoicing period and, subsequently, in advance for the following invoicing period.

Ну нигде не найду я перевод invoicing period !!!! СПАСИБО ЗАРАНЕЕ

ИМХО - просто период времени, за который ребята занимающиеся плановым техобслуживанием выставляют счет за свою работу (например, каждый месяц)

Я так подозреваю, что это платежный период.
