The Purchaser shall procure that no Share Purchaser shall bring any claim against any Share Seller in respect of or based upon the Local Transfer Documents, save to the extent necessary to implement any transfer of the Shares in accordance with this Agreement. Without prejudice to any other provision of this Agreement, to the extent that a Share Purchaser does bring a claim in breach of this Clause 2.4.5, the Purchaser shall indemnify and keep indemnified the relevant Share Seller (on its own behalf and on behalf of each member of the Seller’s Group) from and against any Losses which the Share Seller may suffer or incur arising from the bringing of such claim.

Мне кажется здесь ошибка. в скобках должно быть (on its own behalf and on behalf of each member of the Purchaser’s Group)

Там нужно, конечно, смотреть на определение группы, её структуру и т.д., и формулировка в любом случае корявая, но вполне может быть, что имелось ввиду ограждение Продавца от убытков, которые может понести как он непосредственно, так и другие члены его группы. Т.е. в этом случае Покупатель не даёт "за себя и за других" гарантии Продавцу , а даёт от себя гарантии "Продавцу и другим".
