При переводе "Условий продажи" оборудования возникло несколько вопросов. Был бы очень признателен специалистам и знатокам за помощь в их прояснении.

1) Purchaser herewith authorises Contractor to enter or notify the retention of title or, as the case may be, the security interest WITH PUBLIC REGISTERS, BOOKS OR SIMILAR RECORDS, all in accordance with relevant laws, and shall fulfil all required formalities, at Purchaser’s costs and expense.(Интересует, к чему относится "PUBLIC REGISTERS, BOOKS OR SIMILAR RECORDS" и как это лучше перевести)
2) Dial in and out facility = АТС? (...the Purchaser shall, for the duration of the warranty period or Data Collection Contract (as appropriate), free of charge, supply, maintain and protect from interference a properly installed telephone line (direct link or through an exchange with dial in and out facility...)
3) Что такое Field contract (м.б. контракт на проведение работ, напр. монтажа, на месте (не на территории предприятия подрядчика))?
4) Как лучше перевести " brokering of contracts" (выполнение брокерских операций с контрактами)? Конт.: ... Purchaser shall check and guarantee that there will be no infringement of an embargo imposed by the EU, by the USA and/ or by the UN by such transfer, by BROKERING OF CONTRACTS concerning those goods, works and services or by provision of other economic resources.

1. данные по retention of title и security interest необходимо внести в государственный реестр, регистрационные книги или иные подобные документы

2. telephone line (direct link or through an exchange with dial in and out facility)... прямая телефонная линия, или через коммутатор, ИМХО.
