Помогите с переводом: не злоупотреблять при совершении сделок

не использовать имущество Банка и/или не допускать его использование в противоречии с Уставом Банка, Кодексом корпоративного управления и решениями общего собрания акционеров Банка, а также в личных целях

Если так, то his надо поменять на its, если речь идет о юр. лице

это похоже на правила поведения директора. если это так, то, соответственно, "свои аффилированные лица" - это аффилированные лица директора, т.е. his
не могу сказать, не видя текста, но скорее всего имеются ввиду сделки с заинтересованностью
