Ув. коллеги, помогите, пожалуйста, разобраться с предлогом "to" из отрывка, в котором X - консалт. карт. компания, оказывающая услуги банку =Client:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability to Client of X and its third party agents as described in Section 7, collectively, regardless of whether such liability is based on breach of contract, tort, strict liability, breach of warranties, failure of essential purpose or otherwise, under the Agreement will be limited to the fees paid by Client to X pursuant to the Agreement during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
