На протяжении испытательного срока работник получает оклад в размере установленном руководством компании при собеседовании с кандидатом. Сотрудники, переведенные на аналогичные должности в другие отделы компании, на испытательном сроке получают базовый оклад без понижения. Все остальные условия испытательного срока на них распространяются так же как и на сотрудников, пришедших из вне организации, включая возможность увольнения, либо возврата на более низкую должность. Не снижается оклад так же в случае переманивания высококвалифицированного специалиста из другой компании, имеющего текущий уровень дохода, сопоставимый с предлагаемым. Этот случай является исключением из правил, решение принимается совместно руководством компании и менеджером отдела персонала.

This case shall be considered as an exception to the rules; the decision is made by the executive management of the company in cooperation with HR-manager.

Возникло сомнение:
Все остальные условия испытательного срока на них (т.е.переведенных сотрудников) распространяются так же как и на сотрудников, пришедших из вне организации, включая возможность увольнения, либо возврата на более низкую должность.
а по Вашему варианту получается, что все остальные условия распространяются на внешних новичков:
All other conditions set for the probation period shall also apply to employees coming from outside including the risk of dismissal or down-grading.
