А что такое в вашем документе Utilisation?

В отношении последней выборки только по старшим кредитам заемщик не обязан выполнять приведенное в пункте ... части ... приложения 3 (предварительные условия) условие о том, что сумма выборки необходима для уплаты [фактической совокупной суммы проектных затрат?], срок уплаты которой наступает в течение трех месяцев после выборки либо в течение иного периода, одобренного Агентом Кредиторов.
