А как вы перевели первую фразу - "If a civil or criminal action..."? Это как раз тот самый "action" и есть. Перевод будет зависеть от того, как вы перевели первую часть последнего предложения. Приблизительно: ...взыскания, штрафы, наложенные по решению суда. |
