DVD Menu Design File and Assets

Доброго дня всем!

Помогите, пожалуйста.
Перевожу договор на производство учебных курсов в формате DVD. Первый раз с таким столкнулась. В голове уже полный коктейль из компьютерных терминов… Может, кто подскажет, как лучше перевести:

1. DVD Menu Design File and Assets
DVD Master

Контекст: “The Proprietor shall deliver to the Distributor for each Programme at the Distributor’s cost and expense, for a DVD, a DVD Menu Design File and Assets (if available) for the purpose of creating the Distributor’s DVD Master”.

2. audio and video compression

Контекст: “All audio and video compression and all authoring will be carried out using professional industry recognized equipment”.

3. Здесь суть ясна, но не знаю, как лучше сформулировать:
“The Distributor shall submit to the Proprietor for approval in relation to each DVD 2 (two) copies of draft artwork (Artwork) for the accompanying sleeves and inlay cards incorporating contractual credits and including details of the photographs and/or transparencies to be used comprising part of Distributor’s Support Material”.

4. menu designs and graphics

Контекст: “Where the Proprietor’s DVD Menu Design File and Assets are used as a template to create the Distributor’s DVD Master of the Programme(s), the Distributor shall submit its completed menu designs and graphics for approval to the Proprietor.

5. Creative Brief

Контекст: “Where a Creative Brief is supplied for the DVD Master Menu Design and Graphics, the Distributor shall submit to the Proprietor for approval the early stage Graphical and Menu Design of the Programme(s)”.

Если кто знает, как это лучше перевести, помогите, пожалуйста.
