Lavrin Milk Kitchen sounds terrible in English. Sorry, but it does. Considering that I dont think any English-speaking countries have molochnie kukhnie Dairy House is about as close as you will get, but I would think that you would need a footnote in the text to let foreigners know what it is in essence. |

| Also, as I understand "Milk Kitchen" (in all its hideousness) is reserved for kitchens attached to hospitals and have nothing to do with government sponsored "dairy points", so milk kitchen might actually be misleading. |
