Вопрос заключался в следующем, как выкрутиться если в одном предложении встречаются оба термина "одышка" и "чувство нехватки воздуха".
Больной жалуется на одышку и чувство нехватки воздуха.
в принципе это синонимы, как и "dyspnea" - "shortage of breath".
