Помогите, пожалуйста перевести предложение из пункта договора: Such events may include, but are not restricted to Acts of the Purchaser either in its sovereign or contractual capacity

19.2 For purposes of this Clause, “Force Majeure” means an event beyond the control of the Supplier and not involving the Supplier’s fault or negligence. Such events may include, but are not restricted to Acts of the Purchaser either in its sovereign or contractual capacity, wars and revolutions, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantines restriction and freight embargoes.

19.2 В условиях настоящего договора, "Форс - мажор" означает явление, не контролируемое Поставщиком и не являющееся результатом его ошибок и халатности. Такие явления могут включать, but are not restricted to Acts of the Purchaser either in its sovereign or contractual capacity, войны, революции, пожар, наводнение, эпидемия, карантин и запрет на фрахт.
