Подскажите, пожалуйста, как переводится QBS target letter и будет ли to opt into the pay plan - согласиться с маркетинг-планом?

The 2009/10 pay plan is only applicable for those who carry a financial sales target aligned to the approved sales pay plan profiles.
In order to qualify you will need to opt into the 2009/10 pay plan. You can do this by signing and returning your QBS target letter.
