If Х was not sufficiently detectable in the blood for assessment of bioavailablity and there were no concerns regarding the safety of the doses of Х administered in Sessions 1, 2 and 3, subjects could progress to Session 6. Subjects studied in Session 1 were not recruited to the subsequent sessions. Blood samples for evaluation of plasma drug concentrations were taken at regular intervals up to 24 h after dosing in Sessions 1, 2, 3 and 6 (dosing with Х) and up to 6 h after dosing in Sessions 4 and 5 (dosing with У).

2."Subjects studied in Session 1 were not recruited to the subsequent sessions". - по смыслу - "пациенты, данные по которым пополученные во ходе 1 стадии были досточными для оценки результатов, и они уже не были включены в последующие стадии?
