Спасибо alk!!! Прочитал всё. Но всё же не ясно выражение -------at the
operating system page granularity

Выполняет классификацию на странице (гранулярности???) или (на гранулярной странице?) операционной системы

Искал такое, но нигде не нашел.

page - это от "страничная" организация выделения памяти
page granularity - это гранулярность (дробление, детализация) выделения страниц памяти, страничная гранулярность.
