Пожалуйста, помогите перевести: восполнение недопоставленного и неукомплектованного товара
Все расходы по восполнению недопоставленного и/или неукомплектованного товара, а также по замене Товара ненадлежащего качества, в том числе по доставке товара от Поставщика Покупателю, связанные с допоставкой, доукомплектацией или заменой Товара, а также иные связанные с этим расходы, в том числе и расходы Покупателя несет Поставщик.

The Supplier shall bear/pay for all expences on the provision of the remaining portion/balance of short-dlivered and/or incomplete Goods/Products and also on the replacement of off-spec goods (goods of inferior quality), including Goods additionally supplied by the Supplier to the Purchaser which is dictated by the need of additional delivery, re-completion or replacement of the Goods, as well as other incident expences, including the Purchaser's expences.
