Поверенный уполномочен совершать все действия от имени Компании в качестве истца, взыскателя, конкурсного кредитора, ответчика в арбитражных, третейских судах, судах общей юрисдикции и в качестве представителя на общих собраниях кредиторов в процедурах несостоятельности (банкротства) должников Компании.

Мой вариант:

The Attorney is authorized to do and execute any of the acts on behalf of the Company as plaintiff, recoverer, receiver, defendant in arbitration, arbitrational tribunal, courts of general jurisdiction and as representative at general meeting of creditors in insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings of debtors of the Company.
