Доброй ночи! Помогите просто со смыслом разобраться.

Смысл в том, что если при оказании Поддержки происходит сбой или ошибка, последующее приобретение услуг по поддержке считается уже совершенным? И что такое go-forward basis? по-русски как сформулировать?
