А вот как вам кажется, не должно ли в данном отрывке

The Seller shall sell and the Buyer shall buy goods as per description of quality by the fixed price, with the date of delivery and other delivery conditions according to the following clauses with obligatory use of "General Conditions of Delivery" mentioned overfeed of the present Contract

вместо слова overfeed быть слово overleaf? Ни одно из предлагаемых словарем значений overfeed для перевода этой части договора не подходит. Но, быть может, есть еще какое-то специальное значение? Спасибо.
