Пожалуйста, помогите перевести термины (компания подтверждает, что производит контроль рыбных пищевых продуктов в соответствии со стандартами ЕС):

1) clearance of the raw material
2) temperatue of the batter
3) validation by swapping and flush samples

STATEMENT
We run a, most probably world unique, intake control regime for fish.
After the intake check and subsequent clearance of the raw material we run our production under HACCP. An example of a product flow chart is attached. CCP 1 stands for metal detection (all lines are equipped with at least one metal detector) and CCP 2 is the temperatue of the batter. Prerequisite systems dealing with none ccp controlable risks are the cleaning operating procedures where we do a validation by swapping and flush samples, the maintenance system and pest control which is contracted out to an external expert in providing hygiene, safety and security solutions, the company Rentokil.

For finished goods we retain one sample from each shift as a back up. We check one sample per shift on Enterobacteriacea, E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus with a monitoring on Listeria monocytogenes. We also have one tasting per shift.
