Subject: recourse (не могу понять смысл) fin. Не могу понять смысл слова recourse и поэтому не понимаю все предложение :(Объясните, пожалуйста. Из подготовленного для банка анализа проекта НПЗ, для которого предполагается заемное финансирование: Lender's *Recourse* to Finance The Lenders *recourse* for finance and non-performance of the plant will be essentially determinded by Lenders' financial terms with the Sponsor as there is single point responsibility for the overall performance of the Plant from contractors' point of view and, therefore, all the *recourses* that the Sponsor has with contractors will be of little value to the Lenders. The consequence of the above is that the overall success of Project Implementation will depend on the strength and experience of the Sponsor’s Project Team and the Sponsor’s ability to react and remedy any delays or other problems if they occur. *Recourse* against 3rd party contractors is limited in this respect.
