Помогите разобраться с гостиницами. Это фраза из Expences Policies, раздел Гостиницы. Конкретно, пункт а). Не пойму, что к чему, ставит в тупик channelling its volume.

Accommodation must be booked via your appointed travel agent in order to ensure that the Company benefits from a) channelling its volume through “pre-negotiated” selected Hotels deals (i.e. those close to the Company locations) and
b) by using the Travel agent to secure the best negotiated rates.
Hotel selection should be for single occupancy in the standard room negotiated when available and may include breakfast.
