Уважаемые коллеги, никак не могу подобрать приемлемый перевод слова coaching. Речь идет о руковдстве для HR персонала.

Coaching:
Know the person’s motivating needs.
Know the specific job content areas that need improvement.
Know your own PI.
Focus communication in ways that tie to their motivating needs.
Have patience with the learning process - particularly if the change
is great: tolerance for mistakes, understanding differences.
Keep your sense of humor.
Remember: each person is unique.

Manage for success daily:
• Create the environment in which the employee functions best.
• Focus daily coaching on elements that will help the employee get to the next level.
• Tailor your approach to the employee’s needs and communication style.
