Subject: the possibility of exoneration to the Buyer on third party demands Помогите, пожалуйста перевести верно такую фразу в Договоре.The Vendor shall exclude the possibility of exoneration to the Buyer on third party demands in reference to the supply of the Equipment save to the extent, when the responsibility arises for circumstances for which the Buyer is answerable. У меня вышло вот так Поставщик должен исключить возможность освобождения Покупателя от требований третьих лиц в отношении Оборудования кроме случаев, когда ответственность возникает из обстоятельств, за которые несет ответственность Покупатель.
