Дополнительные объемы строительных работ выполняются подрядчиком после согласования с заказчиком их стоимости, объёмов и сроков выполнения путём заключения Дополнительного Соглашения к этому Договору.

Мой вариант: The additional construction works shall be performed by the Contractor after the agreement on their cost, scope and performance time with the Customer through the conclusion of the Additional Contract to this Contract.

Скажите пожалуйста - ничего если тут такая повторяемость Additional Contract to this Contract????

Additional construction projects shall be performed by Contractor only after an agreement with Client as to these projects' costs, scope, and time frames and after executing an Addendum to this Contract.

* "Works" does not sound right to me. It may be a British thing, but it sounds "alien" to my American ear. I would use "construction projects" or even "construction work" (in singular).

Any additional construction works shall be carried out by the contractor only pursuant to an addendum to this contract specifying the cost, scope and time schedule of such works as agreed between the owner and the contractor.
