The Parties shall have all of its common law, equitable and statutory rights of set-off.

Контекст:
The Parties shall have all of its common law, equitable and statutory rights of set-off. Such rights shall include, but not be limited to, one party’s option to withhold for the purposes of set-off any monies due to the other party under this contract up to any amounts due and owing to the former with regard to this Agreement or any other Agreement entered into between the parties, including any Agreement for a term commencing prior to the term of this Agreement or any agreement entered into between the parties after the execution of the present Agreement, plus any amounts due and owing to the said party for any other reason.
