Consider: в должности - in the position of ....
с окладом - with a salary of...
обязуюсь покрывать все расходы - I undertake to cover all expenses
принимаю - ...? (не поняла, куда это относится)

Это стандартный набор документов для подачи в посольство.
"Я, Иванов Иван Иванович, 13.02.1985 года рождения, принимаю и обязуюсь покрывать все расходы ...." - он какбЭ намекает нам, что будет покрывать за бугром все расходы своей дочи, любовницы, жены и т.д.

* I don't know how close to the original this translation needs to be, but I think it may make sence to skip the text in parentathes: the readed does not really care about the numbering system of internal documents. All the reader cares about is that Mr. Ivanov, in fact, works for the company that wrote the letter.
