Here you can list all your planned and possible activities, regardless if they will come to realization or not. Be as specific as possible (as you can see in the example for a building). Such a list should be made for every building.

As you can see the activities are grouped to different fields of activity, starting with the most important one (users behavior) and going down to those, which should by done at the end. As you can see, awareness raising and change in users behavior will be the first activities to be looked at. These activities cut energy demand without refurbishment measure. In general, first step is always to reduce demand, last step will be to consider how to generate the energy. This way guarantees that you just bring such facilities for energy production in place that are really needed. The lower the energy demand, the smaller the capacity for your boiler. Smaller boiler are not only cheaper but also prevent from running inefficient with only part load. Imagine you change your boiler first, taking into account the same capacity, for example 400 kW to cover heat demand of 1 400 MWh. Afterwards you set activities that reduce your heat demand by 35 %. So your new heat demand is only 910 MWh. To cover this demand with estimated 3500 full load hours the required capacity is now just 260 kW. In other words, you spend more money for a boiler that is too big for your needs and which runs only part loaded with an efficiency of not yet 70% instead of an optimized one that covers your needs and one that has an efficiency of more than 90%, because you can run your smaller and cheaper boiler with best efficiency.

Hence this list of activities implements all possible activities you can imagine. In the next phase you have to go through every activity and evaluate benefits, costs priority and of course you have to sequence them (in order to your resources, budget, timeframe and other circumstances)

*Здесь ACTIVITIES = НЕ виды работ, а виды действий... а каких -- сами читайте. Напр., change in users behavior и awareness raising. Т.е. изменение поведения потребителя и осознание происходящего. На бойлерах же рекоммендуют температуру не менять, подсказывают оптимальную темп. для различных помещений. Это способствует сбережению энергии ---> топлива ---> денег.

Чтобы удовлетворить данную потребность .......... нужен котел мощностью всего лишь в 260 кВт.
