Правильное написание адреса

Подскажите, пож-та, правильное написание адреса:

3-й Лесной переулок, д. 7
Последний переулок, д. 20

IMHO, транслитерация:
7, Tretiy Lesnoy pereulok
20, Posledniy pereulok

А, вообще, если это для письма, то желательно указывать оригинальное название, чтобы местных почтальонов с толку не сбить.

Тимурыч, а к чему там запятые?
Я жил на
47 Limestone Road
14 Bedford Road
1247 Avenue of the Americas
нету там запятых. А то что переулок транслитерируется, то это правильно, хотя можно в скобках приписать (lane) если хотите перестраховаться

А street name such as 2-я Бауманская улица should be transliterated as Vtoraya Baumanskaya ul., not as
2-уа Baumanskaya и1. or 2nd Baumanskaya ul.
