Subject: Loan party Доброе утро!При переводе смущает определение, согласно которому это вроде как только Заемщик (ну и т.п.) Значит, это не Сторона кредита(кредитования)? В определении тогда должно было бы быть указано и Кредитор. Термин "Loan Party" means each of the Borrower, each Subsidiary Guarantor, if any, and each other Subsidiary of the Borrower, if any, that executes and delivers a Loan Document. |

First of all, can you talk to the author? If so, then tell them that this makes no sense unless you are also going to define Кредитор as loan party actually means "entity which is party to the loan" and you cant have only a borrower, etc. If not, translate it as Заемщик and then write an explanatory note to the client about the matter when you send it? |
