а как перевести всю фразу, у меня не складывается фраза в единое целое, контекст следующий:
to create security interest or other encumbrance on any assets of the Company (except for any security interest over assets supplied to the Company in the ordinary course of business in the ordinary course of business arising out of title retention or similar provisions in a supplier's condition of supply).
