Любое Общее собрание может принять решение о капитализации любых денежных средств, инвестиций или других активов..., зачисленных (включенных) в Резервный фонд или в какой-либо другой Фонд Компании или находящихся в распоряжении Компании и имеющихся в наличии для выплаты дивидендов или представляющих премию, полученную в отношении выпуска акций (premium received on the issue of shares) и зачисленных на счет ____ (share premium account)

Вот с этими премиями надо уточнить: или премии в отношении выпуска акций, или надбавки к курсу акций... я тут не спец
