Subject: rear counter Looking at our Installation instructions from our website, as well as the technical design of the Orion from our website I was informed by our technical advisor that it looks as though the Orion attachment for valve is feminine (please see in red below) therefore we would presume the threading to be inside whereas the valves are masculine, therefore outside threading. For confirmation, please se the below instructions taken from our website:The Devon & Devon towel rails are handmade products of high quality standards. Installation should be done by qualified installers and it is the installers sole responsability in ensuring that the towel rail is compatible with your heating system. Care should be taken to avoid damage when installing or servicing the towel rails by ensuring tools do not come into direct contact with the product service. The Devon & Devon towel rails come with particular flanges that do not require the use of visible screws. Select the position where the towel rail should be installed and using a pen mark the flange circumference. This will allow for the rear counter flange “A” to be screwed into place thus permitting to fix into place the front flange using the allen screw “B” and relative key enclosed in the packaging.
