Subject: dividend reserves; share premium reserves law 24.5. From the balance remaining after payment of debts the amounts of the dividend reserves of a specific class shall be paid to the holders of shares of the relevant class. Such amounts shall be fixed in proportion to the aggregate nominal amount of the shares of the relevant class held by shareholders.If the amount available for transfer is smaller than the aggregate of the dividend reserves then the amounts to be transferred shall be decreased in proportion to the dividend reserves as they would otherwise have been transferred. Subsequently share premium reserves shall be paid to the holders of the class of shares concerned, in proportion to the aggregate nominal amount of the shares of the relevant class held by shareholders. Не понимаю, как держателям акций могут выплачиваться РЕЗЕРВЫ (на выплату дивидендов и на выплату надбавок к курсу акций)???
